Written for teenagers, this booklet explains anxiety and obsessive compulsive symptoms. The booklet aims
to help young people to better understand their symptoms, including why obsessions won't go away and why it
is so hard to stop doing compulsions. A brief description of effective cognitive behaviour approaches to
dealing with OCD is also provided. The information in this booklet was first developed for a group therapy
program for young people aged 14 years old with OCD, and received positive feedback.
